Who would have thought that Cain Valesquez was going to win over Brock at UFC 121. Not me atleast. I thought Brock was just going to be to big for Cain. But he wasnt. What a good fight.

One thing can be said of both fighters. They both fought with alot of heart. Although Lesner was defeated, he showed the heart of a real champion by how gracious he accepted the loss. There is little doubt he will come back with a vengence. Hats off to Velasquez. He was much smaller than Brock, but was not intimedated by the size difference in the least. Cain fought a straight forward fight and if you didn’t know better, you would have thought Abel bought it again.

This is absolutely true and applies to all sports. Tiger Woods didn’t get so good by playing 18 holes everyday. He hit thousands of balls at the driving range with each club. Great article coach.
